The services we provide here at CCC include Code of Compliance Completion and Project Managing.

Code of Compliance Completion services include:

Initial meeting to discuss the consent conditions and outstanding works or items to complete the Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC).

If the building requires a Certificate of Public use (CPU) I can work with the building owner and Council to complete this to lead on to the CCC.

Work through the list of trades required to complete the CCC.

If the building has specified systems I have Independent Qualified People (IQP) available to help with getting these signed off.

I can manage the trades to complete the works and give you a timeline to complete.

All completed documentation for the CCC lodgment including if required:

Building records and Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) signoff and number.

Electrical Certificate of Completion (COC).

Plumbing/drainage sign off.

Structural Engineer Producer statements.

Geotechnical Engineer Producer statements and reports.

Siting Certificate from the Surveyor.

Roofing Record of Work (ROW).

Smoke detector Locations.

Warranties.

Specified Systems sign off.

Council Inspection records.

Project Management services include:

Management of Builds and Alterations.

Liaising with the Architect before the build commences.

Work through contractual conditions for the project and payments.

Budgeting advice and tracking during the build.

Selection of Trades.

Programming of the build for all trades.

Site meetings with the owner, architect and builder to discuss progress and bring the building back on programme to meet completion if required.

Documentation control so that all documents are up to date on site with changes identified.

Completion package to have all documentation prepared for sign off for CCC.
