I have 25+ years in the construction industry from carpenter to construction management. I have had to complete the Code of Compliance Certificates for house alterations all the way up to 40 Million Dollar buildings and understand the frustration that having to extend a building consent to complete a Code of Compliance or just not knowing what is required can cause. 

Where needed I can get your building to a Certificate of Public Use (CPU) until the Code of Compliance Certificate is required to sign your building off.
